I love to bake, but hate cleaning the baking sheets! So, I use a lot of parchment paper and in trying to be more responsible, I though a silicone mat would keep paper out of the landfills and also make clean up a breeze. This one has a nice weight to it and the grids make it easier to have uniformity.

The baking grid sheet got here very fast. Packaging was thorough. I have not tried it yet but I spread it out so you can see that it could fit a half sheet baking tray. Gonna try this out with scones this weekend.

I really like this silicone bake sheet. It’s well marked in inches on all side and is squared off so that you can place your cookies evenly. I baked very gooey cookies that normally stick to the bottom of the cookie sheet no matter how well I grease it and they didn’t stick. I will definitely get a few more for larger batches. I highly recommend it!

I really like this brand, and Im beginning to think that when I see it, Ill be pleased with the product! Our oven decided to stop working before I could test it as oven safe, but otherwise, I love the grid on the mat, and I do feel like itd be good with high heat (though Im cautious if Ill put it in the oven to test it). Overall, Im happy!

I am so glad that I found this. It fits great in my cookie sheet, makes it easy for me to make cookies the same size, and is a breeze to clean. I also love that its reusable because before this I was going through a lot of parchment paper
