The first mirror we received was damaged and broken. I submitted a claim and customer service shipped a new one for free the next day! The new mirror was packaged carefully, and it was in excellent condition. It makes a wonderful addition to our office space. The detail on this mirror is perfect.

I absolutely love the mirror for our couples cave. The only reason I am rating it a 4 is because the back of the mirror. There is cardboard with metal brackets but they missed the cardboard for 3 of the brackets. They were touching the mirror; almost scratching it. I had to slowly pull the metal brackets off the mirror for it not to scratch. It is a beautiful piece; just need to be more attentive on the back.
