Great quality and exactly how presented in description

I have wanted this sign for over a year. I finally bought one for my mother and myself last month. It is very cheaply made and I and pretty disappointed! The framing is loosely attached and it also obscures the writing some because it has an inner lip that hangs down. $30 down the drain! I hope my mothers is in better condition than mine because it is going to be a Christmas present.

It's nice,but heavier than I expected no hanging hooks or anyway to hang up,if I can't hang it I'll return it.
