My little min pin fits with plenty of room she is seven pounds. Well made product.

This was a spontaneous purchase for me because I recently got a little puppy. She's a troublesome creature, and I wanted this sling to carry her around. She is a bigger girl, so I was surprised that she actually fit! Might be too big for a smaller dog.

Item is very well made. The description does not give a weight limitation, my dog weighs 9.5 pounds, she is a long bodied dog and fits into the pounch just fine. It is comfortable to wear, it did not bother my back which was my worry and she adapted quickly to being in it. She does llike to be carried around though. I got this because I've tried numerous things that have not worked to calm her during her episode's of fear from storms, gunshots & fireworks. It actually did a great job. It stopped her shaking almost immediately and kept her from getting so nervous and worked up. When she gets like that it's very hard to calm her. So for that reason alone I give it a 5 star!!! I've used it twice. The second time she got right in the pouch for me. The pouch only closes with two snaps so I am very careful when I am carrying her around. It works well for my situation.
