The crate is nice enough, but the purchase experience was awful. The package arrived quickly, but it was missing the top part of the crate. I contacted Wayfair, who had me contact the manufacturer. First I was told the missing part would ship in three days, then I was told they couldn't find the missing part and I should wait until they did and that I might not hear from them for a while. So I threatened to return the whole thing and buy another crate from somewhere else. Then Wayfair got involved and I finally got the missing piece in another week and a half. Will never purchase from this manufacturer again! And it definitely gave me pause before ordering from Wayfair again.
