This car seat is very soft and sturdy! The color is not as bright but gets the job done. No instructions in packaging so I will have to figure it out myself. The way the carrier came in was weird. It was in a clear trash bag wrapped with a gray cover over it.

Very pleased with this 2-in-1 Pet car seat and portable cat house. My son is taking one of our cats across the country and I wanted to make sure she would be comfortable on the long drive. We kept it out for a few days so she could get used to it. It took about 2 days and now she is in it all the time.

The packaging was torn so there was a stain on it, but honestly I love it so much I'm not even concerned about it. I dint have my puppy yet, but she's coming and this is going to be perfect. You can strap it in the car or take it in the store. The color isn't as pictured, but that was great, I wasn't sold on the color but the usefulness of the carrier. So bonus the color is better. The padding is thick, but the bag isn't heavy. Looking forward to getting a lot of use out of this bag!
