Damaged. Frame on one side is bent which prevents the door from closing without lifting up the door and sliding locks simultaneously. Will be returning.

The kennel serving it purpose with providing my German-Shepherd mix more room. Length and height. Not many companies have kennels this size. Only drawback the metal material is not as heavy duty as the previous kennel. My dog was able to get out the first time I put him in. We were able to get the kennel back together and he hasn't tried to escape again.

Perfect quality and size the price was right in my budget and the payment plans work out great

The first order that I received had a broken piece at the door of the gate. I sent Wayfair pictures of the problem and they sent a replacement crate. The second one is as described and will fit my needs since I only have my pup a few days during the holidays or special occasions. He is a tall 55 lbs dog so I would want something a bit stronger if it was in use full time. This cage gives him the height he needs. I can collapse it and store it away when he is not visiting.

Awful kennel. So difficult to latch. We returned the first one because it was damaged. Should have returned the replacement as well!
