We chose this double kennel because the dimensions of the space for the dog was best for our largest pet (lab mix, ~60lbs). All the other double crates had really narrow or short areas that wouldn't work for our princess of a dog. Here's what we don't love: It's actually two kennels that are assembled and put side by side which makes the top a little wonky and hard to have both perfectly level side by side. It also looks weird because the woodgrain doesn't line up. If the two pieces are arranged as the image/directions indicate, the latches for each kennel catch on each other and are hardly functional. If arranges the other way, the doors wouldn't fully open at the same time. We like for the dog to be able to go in and out of the kennel as it's her main bed, but the doors extend a great deal past the edge of the kennel when open. This also means they cannot swing inward, out of the way. We would simply take them off, but the hinges are riveted and cannot be removed. We've propped the door open with black velcro ties which is fine, but does look quite odd with the door extending so far past the kennel. Here's what we like: The overall space and dimensions are great. It's roomy for our large dog and she seems to like the door on the long side as opposed to her old one where the door was on the short side. The look of it is nice overall - just wish the doors didn't extend past the piece or that they were removable. (Our cat took over the kennel for the photo.)

The price is unbeatable! Perfect for a dog who likes to chew since the rods are metal, so they can’t be destroyed like wood!

I received my item much later then the website said I would and when I reached out to customer service they told me I could return but I would have to pay for the return. The only reason I order from them and not another place is because it seemed that this item would be here in time enough to house my new dog but because they item on there website that said fast shipping came 4 days later then the day they gave me and 6 days later met from the time I ordered it I had to spend my money on another kennel for my dog but they have did nothing to help me. So only order if you are willing or have the time to wait!!! I am very upset with the customer service I received when I reach out to them!!!!!!

While the design is stylish, the build quality is lacking. After only three weeks of use, the door is already bent.
