My dogs’ old crates were breaking down, so I ordered this beautiful and practical piece of furniture! The drawers have a beautiful action, dogs go in willingly, and it’s nice in the room!!

Had to have this replaced as the first time it was delivered, there was orange paint on the top. Then the replacement was delivered and was missing the partition that actually makes this a two-dog crate (the whole point of such a large, long crate). Actually neither the first nor second delivery of this item included the divider piece. It was noted in the item description that a divider is included. Upon calling Wayfair, the customer service person was unable to enter the request for the missing divider piece to be sent (“system would not allow”). Defeats the whole purpose of ordering this large piece to take the place of two dog crates if we cannot get the divider. to
