rdered this and it came broken and missing alot of pieces but immediately reached out to Wayfair and they took care of it and sent us replacement pieces. Seems to work well for our pups so far

I have never had anything SO horribly difficult to build, when it arrived it came fully open and had pieces falling out of the box, the customer service did not do anything to help, the pieces didn't fit correctly so 1/3 of the screws couldn't go in. I was skeptical of wayfair and now I know to stay the heck away!!

It’s sturdy, and really nice quality, the dogs love it.
