The product itself is sturdy, seems well made and is a beautiful piece of furniture. The directions were not completely clear on assembly as they left out a couple of steps, but we figured it out. My complaint with the dog kennel is that I ordered it based on the measurements shown in the picture. I was looking for a very large kennel because we have a very large dog. Can I imagine how thrilled I was when I read the measurements in this picture, but then after we assembled, it realized that the measurements in the picture that are shown in inches are actually supposed to be centimeters. That makes a huge difference. I'm not sending it back because I do not want to take the time to unassemble and pack it.

Exactly as described, so pleased! Instructions were very easy to follow (though allow 2-3 hours if doing it solo).
