Great quality and easy to install. Using for a 1 year old Labrador with lots of energy.

Item has 2 particle board or "wood" pieces as the manufacturer described under specifications, where 1 piece was damaged in transit and the other one was a manufacturer defect. Item is pricey for the third-party vendor to elude or evade a detailed description on the type of wood used. When Wayfair initiated a discussion with the manufacturer, I provided additional photos after discovering more damage and they closed the line of communication. I then escalated to Wayfair's staff because it's not typical or expected from their vendors to skirt responsibility for damaged product tickets. I don't think this dog crate is worth the price - the wood is very cheap, with the vendor's conduct not trustworthy once issues were raised.

This is nice. It’s very large. Some of the bolts were missing when I got it but I messaged and they shipped them right out to me. Seems sturdy and is nicer looking that a regular dog crate.

It looks so good in my living room! It really improved the flow of things while giving us a safe space for our two boys while we aren’t home. Looking to purchase a few more for our dog room. Having tops we can utilize for other things is a huge bonus. Fairly easy assembly. Had to adapt one section but it didn’t affect the function of the kennel at all. I love it.

I have an anxious puppy who doesnt like to be away from his people any amount of time. We had an wire crate before and he really hated it. He actually was able to break a piece of wire from it and free himself. This crate however is extra sturdy and although he may bite and scratch, theres nothing more than light scratches on the metal. We leave it open and he will go in on his own a nap, something he wouldnt do with the other kennel. I believe the wood top makes him feel secure. Were very happy with this purchase.
