The crate is well built and looks nice in the living room. My dog loved it from the moment we set it up.

Looks beautiful, was relatively easy enough to put together, my GSD has plenty of room to sit up or lay down and comfortably stretch out!

Item has 2 particle board or "wood" pieces as the manufacturer described under specifications, where 1 piece was damaged in transit and the other one was a manufacturer defect. Item is pricey for the third-party vendor to elude or evade a detailed description on the type of wood used. When Wayfair initiated a discussion with the manufacturer, I provided additional photos after discovering more damage and they closed the line of communication. I then escalated to Wayfair's staff because it's not typical or expected from their vendors to skirt responsibility for damaged product tickets. I don't think this dog crate is worth the price - the wood is very cheap, with the vendor's conduct not trustworthy once issues were raised.
