This carrier doesn’t hold the weight stated in the information. I purchased an XL. for a 60lb dog. It’s small. It may hold a 20lb dog. So far the return looks like a real pain in the a**. I had to email them and I’m waiting for a reply. It stated it may take a day or two. Like WHAT?!? .. For a return on something YOU made the mistake on in the description?
