I have reached out multiple times to address this delivery of wrong product. Very unsatisfactory service-zero response. You text me same robotic responses over and over, but never actually act on the information I provided. you sent the wrong order, and your return process is unmanageable. Score this a Fail! Have texted and sent information but have ben ignored.
