We appreciate your selection of products, which are impressive …. But, when we ordered the wine barrel, and this was the picture that was shown … It looks, by the way, exactly like the other presentations on the other web sites, we considered … However, they are actual wine barrels! It was so disappointing … There is no use, for just a picture of a wine barrel …. The return options were also quite unacceptable … Now, there are many great recliners on your site, we would like to buy …. As, you can imagine, we are hesitant to order from you … My partner would just like the wine barrel! Thank you for your indulgence in reading this review … Sincerely, Karen V.
