Paid for Expedited shipping - it was late shipping. At the time of purchase, shipping was arrives on Monday AUG 5, unless I pay for expedited shipping, then it would arrive Friday AUG 2. Since I was getting this for my grandson's birthday on Sunday, I paid the extra shipping charge - (about $40). The product did not arrive Friday, and did not even ship until Saturday...so much for expedited. Point is I paid for expedited shipping, once you missed the promised delivery date, it didn't matter how late - the artwork was not there for the birthday party. How you can make it right: Refund the expedited shipping charge - that would make me consider using Wayfair again - my daughter says there's a good chance you would do that - it would be nice Phil
