Love the print but gave it a 4 because the frame is warped

The packaging and frame is of such low quality, when it arrived the middle piece of wood (which I assume was temporarily in place to protect the structure of the frame during transit) had not been aligned properly with the rest of the frame and has damaged the front of the picture, creating a visible line right down the middle. Thoroughly disappointed, especially considering the cost! It’s permanently damaged.
