The canvas is sagging. Called about return. Not easy return process. The product is "defective." Not damaged. In my opinion. No help yet in the fair refund process. I do not want a replacement. It will be the same problem. Canvas is inferior or frame is too weak. Not sure which. Warp happened just as the art work set undisturbed on unused dining room table.
