POOR QUALITY CONTROL THE ITEM ARRIVE DAMAGED FLOWER POT BROKEN COULD NOT USE BOX SUCH BAD SHAPE COULD NOT RETURN, THEY NEED TO GET BETTER WITH PACKAGING, SHIPPING IS FREE WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT

I love palms. But I would not have paid this much for one, if I knew that the planterpot wasn’t going to come with it. I have 2 other palm trees that’s almost the same height (they don’t have the real looking stalks though) which look great- and paid less than half of this one. It’s advertised as coming in a planter, but not the planter shown in picture. It came in a “planter” that just holds it together at the bottom.

Love my Palm Tree! Very tall and realistic. The base planter part is weighted so it is very sturdy no worries of it falling over. I put my palm tree in a fabric basket bc it does NOT come with one just come in a basic black pot.

Arrived very quickly and was very well packed. It took a little while to arrange but was easy and looks great. It is large I wasn't expecting it to be so full and tall. Absolutely love it! I might purchase another next spring if available.
