Cheap made. Once the monitor was placed on top, the MDF board bend. Looks ugly when working and seeing it

The riser looked really good and was clean on my desk. My current apple thunderbolt display is only 23lbs. which is below the max supported weight of 44lbs. But I saw the middle bending when the monitor was placed on it right out the box. The product images show a support under it as well but the actual product doesn't have the support. The shelf is a little too thin.
