The shipping was a huge problem, lost boxs left on docks, delay after delay. The total delivery time way over 2 months. We finally got all the parts and build it, fairly easily. We loved the size and the unique colors. This is where or satisfaction ends! Due to the shipping issues we only got to enjoy it for 2 months before it was too cold outside. We took the curtains down for the winter and after the 2 months the curtains were very faded. So much for the wonderful unique colors we loved. Then came the first snow fall. After 2 inches of snow the roof panels began falling out! 6 fell out, one broke and one blew away! I had read the stats on many gazebos looking for the highest wind and snow ratings. This was a complete waste of money. Such a huge disappointment!
