I bought this because my existing ceiling flush lights are no longer available to purchase. This is a much better light fixture than the old one I was replacing. Once you have the base installed, there is a switch that gives you 5 different Kelvin numbers ranging from warm to cool light. This enabled me to select 3000 Kelvins which exactly matched the light of the surrounding fixtures. Therefore it blended it in beautifully. Whoever thought of that is a genius. Well worth the higher price than my old fixtures cost. I intend to buy several more to use for future fixture replacements.
