There is a crease in the epoxy/resin. I called the phone number in the paperwork, but after six days there is still no response. I wanted to return the item, but was told I would have to pay to ship it back, and would only receive a replacement, no refund. I was offered a 25% refund to keep it. I'm out $60, but I would have had to pay about $40 to ship it back. Buyer beware.
