I live in an apartment building and was very disappointed when I got home and saw my delivery sitting outside. The driver didn't even bother to put it inside the building. The chair is a bit smaller than I thought it would be. The fabric is great. Looks and feels like it will last a long time. I love the massage and heating features. It was pretty easy to put together. Overall, I think it was a pretty good purchase.
