Just got it, so far so good, but they delivered it weirdly, not near any door, they went behind my house. It was weird and a bit of a strain to move it to one of my doors cause it was heavy, but like I said, just got it, so far so good.

We are disappointed in the lift chair. To me it's very rigid, not comfortable at all and the pillow insert in the top of the back cushion is too bulky. I'm 5'2" and almost 70 years old. I'm not hunched over (yet). My mom is 94 and shorted than I am. My father 99 and about my height now, they say it's alright. I don't think they want to tell me they don't care for it, because neither one ever sits in it, they prefer the old worn out recliners that they have trouble getting out of. It doesn't matter how I rearrange the room to encourage them to sit in it.
