Morning Mist - Peinture encadrée sur verre

The art itself is very pretty. The frame is terribly disappointing. I knew from the description and photos that the frame was to be appear “distressed”. But as you can tell from the accompanying photos, the distressed frame I received looks more like a series of systematic scratches across the entire frame that detract from the picture. Unfortunately, I now have to reconsider if I’ll use Perigold as a resource for art and decor in the future as a result of this.

It is perfect for the spot I intended. I couldn’t be happier with the piece.
