Sleek and simple with a modern flav. Great way to light up the living room with 8ft. Ceilings.

I love this light in our formal dining room. We havw shorter ceilings and a chandelier just felt too crowded. This is perfect for the space. Low profile but gives off a lot of light.

3 or 4 stars for the price. But, 5 star style. I spent the money because I liked the look. It does not mount ultra-flush to the ceiling. The center of the unit attaches to the ceiling with a single nut and large washer. Because it is all glass and metal, the outsides sag a bit, leaving a .25in gap between the top of the fixture and the ceiling. If this was near a staircase, it may be a bit of an eyesore. From below it is impossible to tell and no one else would ever notice, but I would have preferred it fit perfectly for paying +$300. Also, it is a four light fixture, and the four lights use stranded wire twisted in a wire nut 4 into 1. When I was trying to install, one of them came out. Seems like they should have soldered or crimped those together to prevent that from happening instead of twisting together stranded in a wire nut really meant for solid wire. The materials are good, metal and glass. The metal is thin but does the job and looks good. I have seen some other reviewers complain about installation/removal of the cloche and how you need three hands, and I found it extremely easy. Two of the supports just slide in and one screws on. To install, hold the unit up with one hand and slide in the two supports, then twist the bottom of the third one in with the other hand. To remove, same process. I installed it with a freshly repaired torn bicep on one arm and was not allowed to lift more than a pound, and it was not any more difficult than other lights.

Beautiful light fixture but difficult design to install. It’s going to take two people to replace lightbulbs. Nonetheless, it looks great in our newly remodeled kitchen. 5 ⭐️ for looks 3⭐️for design and functionality.
