Lovely, low profile light fixture for our Midcentury home hallway. They illuminate the space well with a soft but substantial light, replacing the stark downlighting that was there before. Our contractor said they were very easy to install.The two 40 W bulbs will be easy to replace by simply unscrewing the central knob and removing the glass.The gold and black finishes tie in the two hardware finishes we are using in the kitchen and bedrooms. Very pleased with this purchase.

I love this updated flush-mount light so much better than a traditional light. The black-and-gold base gives it a modern twist. It is perfect for modern, traditional, or transitional decor. It was very easy to install and was packaged securely for shipping. I am using it in my hallway, however it would also look great in a bathroom or bedroom as well.
