Very disappointed I received a package with wood only, no fireplace box. Contacted customer service they offered to send out the missing firebox, how does this happen in the first place A slap in the face with a 5.00 review, what about the inconvenience of having to repay the guy to come back and finish assembling the item. Wayfair dropped the ball, unhappy customer. However here are unfinished fireplace photos without the box.. At this point just throw the entire order away, very disappointed customer.. Update……. I received my new fire box!!! Here are updated photos!!! I’m happy to say Wayfair rectifies the problem. I’m a happy ) Wayfair customer
