On December 12th I received the Navy and Cream Tree Line wrapped canvas. It came damaged. Back of the middle wooden frame was broken. The packaging was terrible - only plastic around the canvas with no protection around the canvas art. See pictures. I went online to return but it did not allow me to recieve a return label. I contacted Wayfair that night and I was told that Wayfair would contact me via email. I called 12/13 to follow up and was told that I would be contacted via email. It is now 12/16 and I have not heard and/or received an email from Wayfair. I am stuck with a broken item. I have repeatedly requested a return label to be emailed to me and have yet to receive. This is unacceptable. At this point, I have no choice but to seek other measures to receive a refund. I work for a law firm that will be contacting corporate. I will NEVER order from Wayfair again.

This is exactly what I hoped it would be. It is a little more purple than navy, but it still looks very blue. I love it.
