Great new power lift recliner! Delivery was great too. Was very easy to put together. All parts were included! No tools needed. Very comfortable so far. The lift is a little slow but I believe that is to be expected. The power recliner raises legs and lowers back simultaneously so they are not independent of each other but it stops in whatever position you prefer. The massage and heat are also great. I like the different selections on the massage. It is similar to my tens unit. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. Seems like a very solid piece of furniture. I have only enjoyed it a couple of days so time will tell if it holds up. Motor for recliner and lift is quiet as well as the massager. Awesome value and solid product. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable priced power lift and power reclining chair with massager and heat!

The chair mechanically works perfectly. If you can make some alterations to the asthetics of it. The chair will do what it needs. The remote had an issue even with a warranty it was difficult to replace they wanted pictures and the pictures were not good enough so I just gave up too much work so the massage and heat have not been used. We use the side button for lifting and lowering. After a year the chair lost some of its plush and after another year it doesn't have much around seating. I would suggest getting a cover or arm covers they can ware after a while. If you can work around those items mechanically it still works.

Very easy to put together. Bought this for my 99yo grandmother. Its smaller than her last one but fits her better. Raises her up quite a bit to make it very easy for her to stand. She likes the heat option too.

This recliner is amazing, delivered in a timely manner and the functionality of this is just what I needed. Also super simple to assemble and looks great.
