Fresque, reproduction encadrée - bois massif

The frame was broken when I received it. You could see someone had actually tried to repair it because the wood was a completely raw piece of wood on the back top of the frame. They would not send me a replacement. I had to reorder another one, once I returned the damaged one and then received a refund. It isn’t exactly a quick process and I needed this piece to stage my home for an open house. Disappointed they would send out something obviously broken and attempted to repair.
