Colors are subtle for a large canvass and some detail is lost. I can't imagine the original lacking definition. However, the composition is pleasing and works with many kinds of decor. If you are looking for a non-offensive piece, albeit somewhat trite, this fits well. Pros: versatile, beautifully designed Cons: lacks definition and depth
