40 of the leaves have fallen off and when I called customer service they said I could return it or they could credit me 28.70 for very expensive fake plant don’t buy it 

This tree arrived jammed into a too small box. The trunks and twigs are real and have artificial foliage glued on to them. It has lost MANY pieces of foliage that I have unsuccessfully tried to glue back on. It looks good but is top heavy and has fallen over even though I have imbedded it in a planter of dirt.

Needed a tall narrow plant and this is the perfect solution.

Looks really great! Wish it would be heavier as when outside with the wind it moves a lot so I needed to put it in a larger pot with some weights to stabilize it.
