I love it now that I have a working unit! The lowest setting on the bubbler is still pretty high, wish it could be turned down lower. Very nice looking and soothing sound

The base arrived with a large hole and crack in it. The water pump was not in its box either. The outer box showed no damage at all. It appears that a returned, damaged item was sent to me. It is frustrating that you can’t talk with a person when having issues with a purchase, text only. After several different text conversations and pictures sent, a replacement base is to be sent. We shall see…
