I ordered the 21 1/2x36 and we received 17 1/2x36. They offered a 20 percent discount which just makes it the price of the one they sent. The colors also don’t match. When the flame is orange the only color that matches is the yellow rock color. I mainly leave it on the most real fire color which they don’t have, it’s only orange or yellow, no red.

I finally got it mounted in a corner alcove built specifically for it during our basement remodel. I like the ambience it provides and just enough heat to knock the chill off the air down there. If you’re looking for realistic looking flames look elsewhere, but the colors selection give off a cool vibe. I still need to put the crystals in.
