I've had this chair for 5 or 6 years now and it's still working great. It was easy to assemble. We have moved it from Florida to Tennessee and it work as good as the day I got it. I couldn't live without it .

The massage chair itself is ok for the price. We paid $79.99 for assembly. The technician came out and he did a very poor job. The right armrest is very wobbly. I called him to talk about it and asked him to come back to fix it. He argued with me that his job was done. I can't believe Wayfair hired him. I would not recommend him. Very rude, lack of responsibility, and unprofessional.

Perfect gift for my husband and all the guest that comes by. Does exactly what needs to be done with a few extra bells and whistles I didn’t know the chair featured!
