I bought this fireplace November 30 got it delivered December. I’m just now assembling it February 27 pieces are not what it supposed to be like number 10 supposed to have a extra hole so six and eight can run concurrent the four holes together but it’s not then I called Wayfair and they said because it’s out of the 30 days warranty is nothing they can do so I’m stuck with a fireplace that cost over $600 because they didn’t build a proper way

The fireplace in the mantle looks amazing. The price was great. However, the 1st Firebox did not work. Called and spoke to a very nice lady and after her trying for about 20 min she was able to get the right part number and I had a replacement firebox in 5 days. That's a 75" TV over the fireplace. Awesome job by Wayfare on making it right!
