While the initial shipment for my Floral framed canvas print arrived damaged, Wayfair customer service took care of the problem immediately. They issued me a label to return the damaged art piece and sent a replacement out right away. The replacement arrived in excellent condition and came even faster than the original. The art piece itself is as beautiful as I hoped. It's a great addition to my bedroom decor. This is only the second time I have ever had a problem with a shipment in the over 10 years I have been a customer. Both times the problem was handled immediately and they made sure it was handled to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend Wayfair to anyone looking for home furnishing needs.
