Very firm and supports the neck without causing cramping of my neck which is a problem I have had with other travel pillows. I have tried several different ones, even ones I had to blow up myself. Just as stated in the product description the rayon bamboo covering is cooling, soft and so cozy feeling that I kept it around my neck while trying it out sitting on the couch. As stated above my neck can get cramped and stiff, this is due to degenerative arthritis. Sitting at my laptop for periods of time can cause my neck to lock, but this pillow has allowed me to spend a little more time on it. Shouldn't have been so surprised when the description says head and neck support. I can’t wait for my trip in July to try it out on the plane. This pillow is not bulky either and comes in a neat zip up carrying case with a handle. Or you can put it in a carry on easily because it won’t take up a lot of space. Love it. It also has a snap to keep it snuggly in place around your neck.

I like that the cover is removable so you can wash it. It has a nice soft texture. It is very firm, which I like, you can unzip the inner liner and remove some foam if you want. I wish it was a little thicker, my head has to go over pretty far to get to the pillow so my neck isn’t very comfortable.

This memory foam travel pillow features a soft insert filled with bits of memory foam and a removable, washable cover. It's very plush, but doesn't seem to be high enough to actually support my head when trying to use it to sleep, like other neck pillows I've used. I probably won't take it on a plane trip, but I will leave it in the car for short road trips when I need to nod off.

The travel pillow arrived well packaged with no damage. It’s very soft and has a zipper enclosure so you can remove the outer layer to wash. It also provides a snap to keep the pillow securely in place when in use. It’s very comfortable and is exactly what you need when traveling on an airplane or Subway.

8 am thoroughly enjoying my newly purchased memory foam travel pillow The pillow is so very light and soft, and feels so comfortable around my neck. The fact that it has a snap shut closure around the front is great.
