Planche de yoga et de pilates grise multifonctionnelle

I wanted to level up my at home pilates practice and thought this device might help me approximate the pilates machine work for some moves. It was awkward at first but I think with more at home use this may enhance my workouts.

Arrived quickly. Easy to put together and folds up well for storing. Handles are interchangeable and the resistance bands are nice. Anyone can do it. Its perfect for the different types of workouts it's designed for. Lightweight and can travel anywhere.

I like it! Just haven’t tried to use it yet. I do feel it’s slightly flimsy so I’m not sure how long it’ll hold up. It was very easy to assemble. Folds away for storage. I will update my review if there are any issues.

No excuses now!!! This Pilates and yoga board was very, very simple to put together and have multiple functions. It is easily stored away when I don't want it sitting out. Quality seems very good and I am excited to put it to good use.

Im going to look for any videos online to maybe use this. Im not super excited about it but it does fold and put away. Not a lot to put together. I guess once the bands with handles are done you can replace them and attach the carabiner. Not sure yet about the handles. They come off. There are padded stickers and a knee pad. I just wanted something to help stretch and build with resistance. Not sure how much these are but I wouldnt buy as a gift or for a friend. Maybe after some uses I will change my review.
