Beautiful fireplace. Heats well

Loved my fireplace until it the heater went out and they did not honor my warranty,purchased a 3 year warranty that states in the contract it kicks in after the 1 year manufacturer warranty and it was not honored. The company Guardsman statedWayfair sent them 2 year paid instead of 3 year which i paid for. Customer service for Wayfair was rude and told me i have to call the warranty company back by that time the warrranty is more days passed so now nobody wants to step up and say they made a mistake between the 2 companies. DO NOT GET A WARRANTY they will not honor it wast of money and no working fireplace

Ive only had this a year and a half and the switch has already broke so it doesnt work anymore

The product is just what we needed. It goes well with our furniture design.
