While I want to give you credit (5-star, Excellent) for the quality of the product (that's the reason of the purchase and recommendation from friends), the main reason for the 3-star rating is the construction of the fancy sprout. The plastic is not able to keep the liquid hot for the claimed duration. I would like to request an add-on (if you cannot include as an accessary) for a basic stopper that can tightly closed the thermo jug, especially for overnight warmth when there is no need for the pouring convenience.
