Nice otherwise but drips and splatters badly when pouring. This thermos is nice looking, doesn’t impart any taste, and keeps my coffee hot, but can’t be poured cleanly. Part of the spilled coffee also flows behind the black plastic collar at the neck and can’t be cleaned out effectively. Too bad it gets a failing grade because of something so basic.

While I want to give you credit (5-star, Excellent) for the quality of the product (that's the reason of the purchase and recommendation from friends), the main reason for the 3-star rating is the construction of the fancy sprout. The plastic is not able to keep the liquid hot for the claimed duration. I would like to request an add-on (if you cannot include as an accessary) for a basic stopper that can tightly closed the thermo jug, especially for overnight warmth when there is no need for the pouring convenience.
