Does not hang straight, even when the cable is straight the bulb always hangs unevenly, almost like the cable is not centered in the gold part. Even if you report the quality issue and the difference from the picture, you can't get a refund and it costs $40 to ship it back to them! Terrible product, terrible customer service, avoid it.
