UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW The chandelier is great. Well made, with a versatile style that works with varied decor. It’s official- I love Wayfair customer service! I was going in circles with Angi’s claims department and it seemed like their goal was to exhaust my will to get the situation resolved. (The first chandelier was dropped and broken by the Angi’s ‘professional’). I contacted Wayfair and they sent me a new chandelier despite the fact that Angi’s should have reimbursed me for the cost of a new one. ORIGINAL REVIEW WITH ONE STAR DO NOT opt for the installation option here! I did and unfortunately now I am dealing with Angi’s Claims Department. The Angi’s “Pro” dropped the chandelier and broke it. Aside from cosmetic issue (the damage is hardly noticeable and not my primary concern), the chandelier is now hanging from internal wiring and is a safety hazard. The manufacturer (Hinkley) said it needs to be replaced, but Angi’s claims representatives are requesting estimates for repairs that will cost 250 just to have someone come to my home and look at it and with no guarantee that they will reimburse me for the repair estimate or replace the light fixture.

I just got the Joss & Main Ariza 7‑Light Geometric Chandelier, and it absolutely transforms the room! The mix of metal and rope wrapping gives it such an organic, textural look — modern without being cold. It’s a statement piece that still feels warm and inviting. The light through the filigree design casts really interesting shadows and adds depth to the space. I also love that it’s dimmable — great for switching from bright task lighting to a softer, ambient mood. Assembly took a bit of patience (there are many parts), but that’s to be expected with something this detailed. Everything looks and feels solid. If you’re looking for a chandelier that makes a real impact and adds character, this one is a win for me!

Hanging over my island, large fixture, really beautiful, looks much more expensive, I am really happy with this light!
