Ya'll made it right, and for that Customer Service gets the credit. As for the lamp it came incomplete. It was missing a lamp shade and it did appear to be as described, however I was expecting it to operate with a dimmer switch, and it does not...so credit where it's do, Customer Service saves the purchase again!

Absolutely love this floor lamp. The crystal design looks elegant and gives off a beautiful glow. It instantly upgraded my space and feels sturdy and well made. Great purchase.
