Lampe sur pied Matanzas

Worth the backorder wait. I love it. I don't have a three way bulb for it, so the photo with the light on isn't with the full wattage. Base is solid and I love the lamp shade. I read reviews that said the shade was really big, but I wanted that and it doesn't disappoint. Easy to put together and easy to ensure the shade is straight, which can be a huge issue. Packaged very, very well. My only slightly negative feedback would be the packaging. I really appreciated how well it was done - the lamp is perfect! However the poles were taped to the sides of the styrofoam and I had to work very carefully to remove it. I needed to use scissors and was nervous about cutting tape off of the electrical cord and accidentally cutting the cord itself. The other part of that is there was some tape residue on the pole and cord, but that is me being too picky. I chose this lamp to compliment the pouf, also bought from Wayfair, and to bring in a lighter look against my dark furniture. We just painted our entire bedroom green, to include the ceilings and trim, so I'm looking for lighter things for the reading corner I made. I also bought the two pictures and the green table in the photo from Wayfair. Love it all!

I really love this Matanzas floor lamp very modern looking and matches my decor! It was very easy to put together, the instructions was great. Pole is made of metal, bottom base sea grass. Well made lamp and it came with a light bulb!

i'm a 73 year old woman and it took me more time to unpack from the box than to have it up and lit! i think that the shade that comes with it is too large for the lamp as well as the space the lamp occupies. but that is an easy swap as you can see. i like looks that are a little off beat and out of the norm and this fits that ticket!

This is a beautiful lamp. It arrived quickly and the post pieces, shade, finial, bulb assembly took about 5 minutes. The shade could’ve used a bit more protection during transport as it has a couple noticeable creases on it but hopefully they dissipate over time. It’s a solid, sturdy piece, and while I love the look of it against current decor, it could fit in with just about any space!
