Fan is beautiful, but does not work. Using both the remote and the smart fan app results in ceiling fan acting erratic. It starts and stops, then starts to go one direction runs for like 5 seconds, stops and goes back to other direction then back and forth, followed all troubleshooting steps and issue still occurs.

Wow. So gorgeous! Love, love, love it. I ordered multiple ones in different sizes and different colors for my new house build.

Struggle bus here. Professional electrician has tried to install. We thought the drive was bad and Wayfair and Visual Comfort were great and sent a replacement part. Electrician comes again, still won’t work. Now we are replacing the entire fan. Wayfair and Visual Comfort have been accommodating but I’m still racking up costs with this electrician. It is a beautiful fan, so we will try one last time. I’ll update if we finally get a winner.
